Add Account

  1. Select the type of account first
  2. Click on the icon at the top to choose the most appropriate among those available
  3. Enter the account name (category)
  4. Some types of accounts provide for the possibility of creating sub-categories (Expenses and Income): in this case, before inserting the subcategory name, select the parent category from those already existing.
  5. Enter the initial value of the account (default is 0).
  6. In the case of Expenses or Income, the monthly value to be allocated can be set. By pressing the '' button you can calculate this value as an average of the previous months (if there are data).
  7. Finally click on the CREATE button.

Edit Account

You can only change the category name, the start value or the monthly budget and the icon. In the case of Expenses or Income, you can change the monthly budget and transform an account (that has no sub-categories) into a sub-category of another account of the same type.
